Bill Sarubbi has been researching market cycles since 1966. He holds BS and MBA degrees from New York University and worked at the Value Line Investment Survey and Paine Webber before joining the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in 1990, where he managed a technology fund for 14 years.
His approach combines fundamental, technical, quantitative, and cyclical analysis. Projected turning points are tested against historical data in dollar terms, not theoretical fit. If a cycle doesn't produce profitable signals in backtesting, it gets discarded.
