- CR is a service that has been built around ideas that have been developed by Bill Sarubbi since 1966. Bill obtained his BS and MBA degrees from New York University and has worked in research and investments since 1972. He has been associated with the Value Line Investment Survey and Paine Webber in New York. In 1990, he left the USA and joined Abu Dhabi Investment Authority where he was a fund manager and strategist for 14 years. He has computerized many of his techniques and currently offers his service from Vienna, Austria. Over the years, he has combined fundamental, technical, quantitative and cyclical analysis into a strategy into a service: Cycles Research.
